What data do we process?
Depending on how you get in touch, we may process your first name, phone number, optional email address, city or hotel area, requested date and time, duration, preferred escort, and a short note. Over WhatsApp we also receive the details you share yourself in your WhatsApp profile.
The content of a request can say something about a person's sex life and may therefore contain special category personal data. Please do not share identity documents, payment details, medical information, or intimate details that aren't needed for planning.
Our hosting provider may process technically necessary server and security logs, such as IP address, timestamp, requested page, and browser information. We use this data only for security, troubleshooting, and preventing misuse.
Why are we allowed to use this data?
We process ordinary contact and booking data to prepare, and after confirmation carry out, an appointment at your request. For data that may qualify as a special category, the online form asks for your explicit consent. You can withdraw that consent at any time; this does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal. We process technical security data on the basis of our legitimate interest in protecting the website and communications. Data we are legally required to keep is processed to meet that obligation.
Who do we share data with?
Only staff handling your request have access. A selected escort and, if needed, a driver receive only the practical information required for the appointment. Both the website and our email run at Hostnet, a Dutch provider. A request sent through the form arrives in our own mailbox, info@amsterdamescort24.nl, and doesn't leave that environment. If you contact us via WhatsApp, WhatsApp/Meta also processes data under its own privacy policy.
Because hosting and mail are both located in the Netherlands, requests sent through the form stay within the European Economic Area. That doesn't apply to WhatsApp: Meta may process data outside the EEA and has to use appropriate transfer safeguards for it. If you'd rather avoid that, call us or use the form. We do not sell personal data and do not use form content for advertising.
How long do we keep data?
- A request that doesn't lead to a booking is deleted no later than 30 days after the last contact.
- Correspondence about a completed appointment is deleted no later than 90 days after the appointment.
- In the case of a specific complaint, dispute, or safety report, we keep only the necessary data for up to 12 months after it's resolved, unless a legal claim requires a longer period.
- Technical server logs are kept for a maximum of 30 days, where this is configurable at the hosting level.
- Administrative data that legally belongs to the company's accounts is kept for seven years. Unnecessary request text or intimate details are not added to those records.
Deletion also applies to the active mailbox and trash. Backups are overwritten according to the relevant provider's own cycle. Access to the mailbox and hosting is restricted and secured with strong authentication.
Cookies and analytics
At publication, the website uses no advertising cookies and does not send form content to analytics. If non-essential analytics or marketing tags are added later, they will only load after valid consent, and this notice will be updated accordingly.
Your rights
You can request access, correction, deletion, restriction, data portability, or object to the processing of your data. Send your request to info@amsterdamescort24.nl. We may ask for limited additional information to prevent data being disclosed to the wrong person. We generally respond within one month.
