Duration and rate
An hour is really too short for a couples booking. Time goes into meeting each other and settling in, and with three people that simply takes longer than with two. Two hours (€360) works better in practice. The hourly rate stays €180; there's no surcharge for there being two of you.

Boundaries apply here too
She decides what she offers, and that doesn't change because there are two of you. She can set a boundary during the booking, and so can either of you. A booking where one of the three isn't comfortable stops.
